Cancellation & Refund Policy

Time Frame:
You may cancel within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund.

Eligibility Criteria:
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
Exclusions: perishable goods, intimate items, software downloads, hazardous materials, etc.

Refund Process:
1. Initiate cancellation within 30 days via Customer Support.

2. Once return is received and inspected, an email notification will be sent regarding approval.

3. Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method within 5·7 business days for Late or Missing Refunds:

– Check your account and bank statements.
– Contact your bank or credit card company as the next step.

Partial Refunds & Exchanges:
– Items damaged or used may be eligible for partial refund.
– Exchanges available only for defective products at our discretion.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs usually borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
